The DryKey desiccant rotors are constructed from a unique corrugated high temperatue fiber based media impregnated with a non migrating water selecting desiccant.
The media is designed to have its maximum capacity at low moisture content in the air or when entering air is hot. The surface compression strength of the rotor is more than 200 KPa. The density of dry material is approximate 240 kg/m³. In a” humid environment the media can pick up appoximate 40% of it’s dry weight as moisture. The rotors can washed in water with weak non-alkaline detergent, after saturation in humid air.
The rotors are composed of stable, chemically inert inorganic material and offer excellent resistance to most chemicals. The rotors can be reactivated using steam, hot water, electric heat, natural gas, lpg or other fluid heating.
The manufacturing of rotors are using ;
· Molecular Sieve ( for more low dew points ),
· Silica Gell and mixed from these.
Metal silicatesynthesized on inorganic fiber substrate less than 2%. DryKey desiccant rotors has % 82 desiccant loading industry’s highest. They are leader with low pressure drop and high mass transfer efficiency
